OUR MANAGEMENT
Adnan Alham Construction Company is an Afghan-owned company and has a highly educated and well-experienced management team from all origins of Afghanistan. The General Director of AACC heads the organization and provides overall leadership and direction, the regional manager is responsible for overall direction and management of the activities at a regional level, project manager runs all project management for specified projects, which constitute one of the AACC’s greatest strength of Managements.
OUR STAFFING & ORGANIZATION
AACC’s staff, for the time being, is +100 members, most of the staff members are educated and well experienced which constituted one of AACC’s greatest strength, currently, AACC’s employs +100 national staff including engineers, office manager, field officer, administrator, finance manager, driver, watermen and etc.
The general director heads the organization and provides overall leadership and direction.
The regional managers are responsible for the overall direction and management of the activities at a regional level.

AACC has been established in the year 2008, AACC by having the full ability, adequate capacity for executing operational, financial management, and implementation quality, started its efforts for construction and rehabilitation of Afghanistan since 2008 in the sectors of construction, irrigation, water supply, and electronic.
